Growing up in Russell’s Bridge, the Golden Plains is Andrew’s home. Andrew’s father, Ormond Grace, established the very first real estate agency, Grace Real Estate, in Bannockburn in 1985. Andrew worked as a sales agent with Orm and has experienced the growth and development of the area over the years. Andrew, like his father, is also a commercial pilot, and from this skill-set values processes, procedures and systems, so you can be assured you will feel confident and well looked after during your sales journey.
“Even though my four adult children are spread overseas, interstate and in Melbourne, they venture home with their partners as often as they can. When they were little kids, they’d come to work with me on a Saturday morning and keep dad and me in order. I thoroughly enjoy having my family business in a country town, like Bannockburn. I can understand why more and more people are flocking to the Golden Plains Shire. The secret is out! It’s a brilliant place to live and work. Clean air, open spaces and friendly faces.”
